TIMECHEE Group Annual Meeting Lighting Project

LightfeelPro, a professional stage lighting brand under Guangzhou Haichuang Optoelectronics, successfully provided a complete stage lighting solution for the TIMECHEE Group Annual Meeting held at the Starlight Grand Ballroom in Shenzhen.

Designed specifically for a corporate event with over 300 attendees, this project utilized a professionally designed lighting system, including moving head beam lights and LED color-changing lights. All products comply with CE and RoHS international standards. The lights were symmetrically mounted on the stage truss, creating a clean, balanced, and visually impactful stage effect.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, our lighting engineers meticulously designed four customized lighting scenes, covering keynote speeches, an awards ceremony, live performances, and the banquet. Each scene was precisely programmed using an intelligent DMX512 lighting control system, achieving seamless transitions throughout the event.

The lighting design incorporated various geometric beam effects—including diamond, cross, and radial beam patterns—perfectly synchronized with the LED video wall, creating a captivating visual experience and reinforcing the event's brand image.

In addition to equipment supply, LightfeelPro also provides one-stop service, including lighting system design, luminaire installation, DMX programming, on-site commissioning, and technical support, ensuring stable and reliable system operation throughout the entire process from setup to event completion.
